I already mentioned to my hubby about my desire to get a new bath tub. The tub that we currently have is old and needs to be replaced. Both my hubby and I hardly use it. As far as I know, the house was built during the 50′s so presumably the tub is as old as our house. I already know what style of tub I want to replace our old one. I don’t know how long the recall mail had been in our car. My hubby just found it today when we came home from the post office. I must have accidentally dropped it between my seat and the center console. The recall mail is about our 2009 Chevy Impala. It needs to be checked for proper installation of the seat belt anchors. My hubby made an appointment and we will be going to the dealership sometime next week to get it checked out. The dealer said that it will only take about five minutes. The service guy said that they have not found any problems yet on any of the vehicles that they have checked.

I was anxious to watch the Vikings-Giants game today but unfortunately it got postponed due to the Metrodome roof collapsing. The game will be played on Monday night in Detroit. Last night my hubby told me that the Giants flight was re-routed to Kansas city because of the heavy snow storm in Minnesota. At that time, news reports were that the game would be postponed because the Giants could not make it here to Minnesota due to the heavy snow. Then, early this morning, the Metrodome roof suffered three major tears and collapsed.

The incident was captured and recorded by the Fox sports camera that was set up to cover the Sunday game. According to the report that I saw on TV, the roof collapsed at about 5 am early Sunday morning and since everyone had been evacuated no one got hurt.
