When I ran across this Pimp My Cube Contest on the internet I thought “wow” this is a wonderful opportunity for my hubby to win the grand prize. It is all about making a humorous video about someone who has the messiest and lamest work cubicle.  If it was based only on who had the messiest workspace, he would win hands down but part of it is also based on having old or obsolete computer equipment.  He does have a pretty nice and powerful computer with a 24 inch LCD monitor in order to be able to do his engineering work. If it weren’t for that I would definitely enter him in the contest just to see if I couldn’t get someone to come in and clean up and organize his workspace.

It took about one hundred people with ropes to pull the crocodile out of a river and then a crane to lift it on a truck. This saltwater crocodile is suspected of eating a fisherman who went missing in July and for killing a twelve year old girl whose head was bitten off a couple of years years ago.

I can’t wait to see this monster creature the next time I go visit my family in the Philippines. The local government has decided to put it on display in a park.

Recently, he went online and found a good deal on a 40 caliber gun. He then found out that he could not have the gun shipped directly here but needed to have it shipped to a nearby gun dealer. He has a friend who owns a sporting goods shop so he told him about the gun he wanted and yesterday they got the one in that he was looking for. We then had to go to the sheriff’s department to apply for a permit to buy the gun. They said that the permit will come in the mail about a week after they finish doing a background check.

My hubby has a couple of rifles already and the smaller one he bought while I was here. Unlike the hand gun, that was no hassle. We just told the store which one we wanted, filled out the paper work and took it home.

My hubby and I met online six years ago. We have been happily married now for six years and we are still in-love. Though I was younger and shorter than what he had listed as search parameters, somehow we found each other.
