Do you know the story of King Midas? He wished that everything he touched would turn to gold, but when his wish was granted he found that his life became miserable. When everything from his food to his daughter turned to gold, he learned some valuable lessons. Number one: be careful what you wish for. Number two: all that is valuable is not gold. Number three: gold is only valuable because it is rare. Fortunately for Midas, the one who had granted his wish felt pity on him and changed everything back to the way it was before.

Do you have the modern day version of the Midas touch? Have you been fortunate enough to make a lot of money? If so, a wiser version of the king might advise you to put some of that money into gold coins or bullion. After all, since his wish was rescinded gold is still rare and getting more valuable everyday.
